GOURMET + set, heat accumulating steam basket with transparent heighten
The GOURMET + set includes a transparant heighten and an steam basket with a triply bottom which accumulates heat during cooking process. When you will set up the dishes, the food contained in this basket will remain hot at 60°C for ±20min.
The basket has peripheral perforations for the outflow of the water.
