Whether it’s to reheat your preparations in a wet or dry environment, the Attitude Steamer will always be ready to help you out. You prepare your meals automatically and step by step, without watching them, and without the risk of overcooking, burning or drying. With its accessories, such as the stainless steel saucepan, designed to be inserted near the food in the cooking basket, you slowly raise your delicate sauces to the right temperature without watching them. Everything will be ready at the same time with a degree of quality that will surprise your most demanding guests. 

QUICK COOKING 

The Steamer is equipped with a unique heating system and a "double wall" steam circulating structure, offering a cooking time twice as fast as a movable steamer. Result : a saving in time and money – all materials are valorized ! Your cooker has a constant steam production capacity twice that of any other cooker in its range. So, the produced steam leads to a heat exchange twice as great between the steam and the contained food. Result : a faster cooking time preserving the nutritional quality of your foods. Several models with 2 to 3.2 kW capacities allow varied utilizations in direct or steam cooking, keeping foods warm, or soft cooking for the refinement of delicate foods. 

EASY TO KEEP 

The Attitude Steamer is designed so that the foods come in contact only with noble materials, such as stainless steel and tempered glass. Completely dismountable, all the elements, baskets, risers, saucepans, cover, etc. can be washed in a dishwasher except the base with the heating vessel and its electric controls.
