Rigid stainless steel monobloc frame. Vitroceramic cooking surface, unalterable vitroceramic control panel with touch-sensitive keys and 7-segment display. 2500 Watt or 3500 Watt rating with 230 V single-phase power line.
COMFORT LINE
With the "COMFORT" line hot plates, you will combine flexibility, speed and comfort in your work. They are available in many different models and so can be adapted to your individual needs. All the Comfort line units have the same dimensions (working surface height, width and depth) : 405 mm wide, 545 mm deep, 155 mm high, independently of the model, whether in a flat or WOK version. Placed side by side, they offer a harmonious presentation and an efficient work area. Delivered ready to plug-in. The COMFORT line is available in various power ratings : 3.5 KW, 5 KW or 8 KW. All have a single cooking area. The control panel is enclosed in brushed stainless steel and has a control button for readjusting the cooking power settings and a luminous indicator.
Comfort 3540, 5040 and 8040 Induction Hot Plates
All have a single cooking area. The control panel is made of vitroceramic equipped with touch-sensitive keys or a rotary switch with 7-segment display. Easy to use, the "Big Touch" keys allow you to select the power directly. Some hot plates feature the Tempramat system and a programmable timer.
Comfort 3525, 5025 and 8025 Induction WOK Hot Plates
All these hot plates are equipped with a vitroceramic wok bowl which is perfectly adapted to the WOK pan and ensures a uniform distribution of heat. The control panel is made of brushed stainless steel with a control button and a luminous indicator.
Comfort 3545, 5045 and 8045 Induction Woks
All these WOK cookers are equipped with a vitroceramic bowl. The control panel is made of vitroceramic with touch-sensitive keys. The 12 Big Touch keys allow selecting the power with a single press.

De Jelin offers a wide range of professional WOK pans specially designed and adapted to our hot plates. From the “high performance” 7-layer metal wok to the flat bottom wok or single flat bottom wok, all are deliverable with or without an anti-adhesive coating. Ask your reseller for advice.
