To optimize or diversify the utilization of your Attitude Steamer, De Jelin offers you a wide range of accessories.

Sauce bowl

Small round bowl inserted in the perforated basket near the foods to be cooked, allowing delicate sauces ready to be poured on your dishes served on a table to be reheated or preserved.


Rice bowl

If you want to keep several preparations simultaneously warm or cook a larger quantity of rice, an additional rice bowl is available separately.


Stainless steel preservation cover

To save time in preparing your meals, this preservation cover allows you to cover the basket in its riser on the tray in the refrigerator. So you can prepare vegetables, meat or fish and preserve them under the best conditions until it’s time to cook them. Then, you just take the baskets as needed out of the refrigerator and place them one after another depending on their cooking times on the steamer. The meal will be made ready that much faster. (Warning : The preservation cover cannot be used during cooking because it doesn’t have steam holes.)

Asparagus boiler

This basket allows fast and optimal cooking of asparagus, while keeping space available in the basket for the simultaneous cooking of other foods.

Egg boiler

This basket support allows positioning 15 eggs in the cooker’s basket so that the eggs don’t move during cooking and there is space left in the basket for the simultaneous cooking of other foods. Ideal for "hard boil" and also "soft boil" eggs thanks to the timer and the "keeping warm" function, which enables you to preserve them on a "BREAKFAST BUFFET" as long as desired while keeping the initial cooking condition.

Heat accumulation basket (a De Jelin patent)

This basket perforated on its walls and around the periphery on its bottom accumulates heat during cooking. It restores this heat for 20 minutes at 60°C and so can be used as a plate heater on the table and on the service tray. It will stylishly replace the electric plate heater : no electric cord, no candles, ... the peripheral collector collects the cooking juices, which fall under gravity into the heating vessel without dripping onto the foods in the lower baskets.


Service tray

Stainless steel tray capable of supporting various cooking baskets in a table presentation or on a caterer’s buffet.
To present the various steam baskets directly on the table, a second service tray offers greater comfort.
Made of stainless steel in the single version GN 1/2 or the double version GN 1/1.


Transparent riser + perforated basket set

Up to 5 perforated baskets can be used at the same time on your Attitude Steamer. The perforated baskets are available in different depths – 20, 40 or 65 mm – so you can vary cooking volumes according to the number of guests. Use an empty riser above a perforated vessel to double the volume to accommodate very voluminous foods.


Protective – insulating glove

The Attitude Steamer is delivered with 2 insulating gloves. However, other gloves may be purchased separately. These gloves are adapted for the 100°C steamer with antislip points to safely grasp the baskets. Do not use WITH utensils or plates when the temperature exceeds 160°C.


De Jelin "Cooking with style" apron

An embroidered "Cooking with style" apron matching the gloves allows you to complete the Attitude style.
